Dr. Wieland
A Board Certified General Surgeon and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Wieland is on the active staff at St. Joseph's Medical Center, Eastland Medical Plaza Surgery Center and Bloomington-Normal Healthcare Surgery Center. Since 1995, he has served as Trauma Director for OSF St. Joseph Medical Center. He is a founding member of Integrated Surgical Specialists and serves as its managing partner. In 2014, he completed a Master's degree in Health Care Management from Harvard University.
Dr. Wieland is Past President of the St. Joseph's Medical Staff and Advocate BroMenn Medical Center Staff as well as the McLean County Medical Society.
A father of eight children, he and his wife, Kathy, live in Bloomington, Illinois. Dr. Wieland is active in the various activities of his children and enjoys golf, farming, and all things Notre Dame.
